Still looking for that elusive hit, Shakti has reasons to believe that his forthcoming Ninaithale Inikkum will raise his name and fame to the next zone. Rubbing shoulders with Prithviraj has been enjoyable for Sakthi, who sees it as a God-sent opportunity.
Shakti said the depth of his role could be gauged by the fact that Prithviraj had wanted to do that character. What tilted the scales in Shakti's favour? He had done the same character in Classmates, the Malayalam original.
"Enjoyable" was how Shakti described this experience working with Prithviraj, Priyamani and Karthik Kumar.I only hope that the great camaraderie we had during the shoot reflects well in the big screen,said Shakti with the hope of an expectant mother.
After two eminently forgettable movies (Thottal Poo Malarum and Mahesh and Saranya Matrum Palar) the tension is palpable for Shakti. He has the right reasons to believe that Ninaithale Inikkum would help him recover lost ground.
