Putting rumors linking her with young star Prithviraj to rest, National award winning actress Priyamani said that she and Prithvi were just friends.
Priyamani was talking to media persons in Chennai. 'Ninaithaale Inikkum', the Tamil film that last saw the pair together had just been released. They had previously been cast together in films like 'Sathyam', 'Thirakkatha' and 'Puthiya Mukham'.
Kollywood has been abuzz with the news that Priya was overjoyed when she got to act opposite Prithviraj. She however said it was quite natural, since they have been close friends for a long time.
The pair would be seen together in Mani Ratnam's 'Ravan' now.
