Santosh Sivan (in pic) has added two new actors to his Urumi team- Prabhu Deva and Bollywood actor Chandan Roy Sanyal of Kaminey fame.
Prabhu Deva will play one of the four friends who try to kill Vasco De Gama, along with Prithviraj. It is Prabhu Deva who would act as the brain to kill the ruler.
The tag line of Urumi says- “The Boy who wanted to kill Vasco da Gama”. There are going to be a couple of songs tuned by Deepak Dev and choreographed and picturised on Prabhu Deva, Prithviraj and Genelia.
Chandan Roy Sanyal in an interview to a Mumbai newspaper has said: “Yes I am very excited about the film. I play an evil prince and am against my cousin, who is dating a princess (Genelia D’souza); I keep trying to win her over.”
The cousin is going to be played by Amol Gupte, who was seen along with Chandan in Kaminey.
