Aishwarya now dubs for herself in Ashokavanam

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be dubbing her voice in Tamil for her highly anticipated dual language film Raavan in Hindi and Ashokavanam in Tamil under ace director Mani Ratnam's direction.

Even though it was rumoured that Aishwarya Rajinikanth Dhanush might be dubbing for the former beauty queen in the Tamil version of the bilingual film, a close source of the director says that Mani was highly impressed with Aishwarya's dialect and her command over the language during his entire shooting period of two years with her. Now he filmmaker has decided to let the Bachchan bahu dub for herself in the movie.

The dubbing is commencing in Chennai on the January 1 (New Year).

In the mean time, a couple of patch-up works for the film that has been planned in Chennai with the entire team including Abhishek Bachchan, Vikram, Prithviraj, Priyamani and Prabhu during Pongal.

Aazeek

  1. Wow I'm soooo excited!!! Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the No.1 forever!!
Now that she's dubbing in her own voice for the Tamil version of "Raavan", that means she will most probably dub in her own voice for "Endhiran - The Robot" as well... Really Really excited to hear Ash's voice :D
