The Mollywood star has signed his third 'action-oriented' film in a row
Looks like Prithviraj is on a bid to be the next action superstar in Mollywood. With his upcoming flicks Hero and Simhasanam promising a fair share of thumping stunts and combat scenes, the superstar's next signing with Mummy and Me director will also provide more of the same.
The director, who is currently geared up to film Dileep, Mamta Mohandas-starrer My Boss, informs that he has roped in Prithviraj for an investigative thriller that would go on floors by the latter half of this year.
"It will be similar to Hollywood flicks with explosive action throughout the movie," he says, adding that the other cast is yet to be finalised.
Incidentally, Jithu has also penned the script for another flick starring Sreenivasan, to be directed by debutante Prajith, who has been the assistant director for flicks such as Doctor Love and Passenger.
"The family entertainer narrates the difficulty in running a C-class theatre these days and troubles faced by its operator who straddles his family life and love for cinema," says Jithu.
