After promoting his movie in Mumbai and Chennai, ace director Mani Ratnam will promote his ‘Villain’ in Hyderbad on May 27th.
The Telugu version of ‘Raavan’ named as ‘Villain’ has Vikram, Prithvi Raj, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Priya Mani. Sources close to the director reveal that he will be in Hyderbad for three days to promote his movie and meet the press. The promo in the other two cities has received tremendous response as the actors in the movie had performed. In Chennai, Vikram and AR Rahman performed to a packed audience.
It will be interesting to see if such an event would be held in Hyderbad but at the event in Chennai, it was mentioned as a common event to Tamil and Telugu. Only few days more and we’ll know the answer.
The movie is said to be releasing on the 18th of June. As for ‘Villain’, it is Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus. One of south India’s greatest directors.
