It’s already known that Mani Ratnam’s forthcoming film will be released in Hindi and Tamil versions. While Abhishek Bachchan will play Raavan in the Hindi film, Chiyan Vikram will play the same role in the Tamil version, ‘Raavanan’.
Interestingly, apart from the same role that both the actors are playing, one can also spot similarities between their look and the scenes from the film. Vikram and Abhishek both will have some interesting scenes with the beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Now it remains to be seen if the husband-wife chemistry in ‘Raavan’ or the Vikram-Ash chemistry in ‘Raavanan’ wins.

Vikram plays ‘Raavan’ in the Tamil version of the film but plays Ram in the Hindi version. In the above pictures, Vikram romances Aishwarya as Ram in Bollywood version, while South actor Prithviraj takes on the same role in ‘Raavanan’.
