Prithviraj tied the knot with Mumbai-based BBC journalist Supriya Menon at Kandath Heritage Villa at Thenkurissy on April 25.
The wedding was a private affair - closed to the media, film industry and the public.
Around 30 guests, including Prithviraj's mother Mallika Sukumaran, brother Indrajith, his wife Poornima and their children, attended the marriage.
Supriya, who hails from Shantinagar in Palakkad, was accompanied by her father Vijay K Menon, mother Padma, friends and relatives.
Supriya wore a simple, off-white Benares sari with a maroon border, while Prithviraj dressed in the traditional mundu and kurta.
A grand reception is being planned at the Le Meridian in Ernakulam on May 1.
