‘Mozhi’ was a super duper hit Tamil film starring Prithviraj, Jyothika, Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam. This film was directed by ‘Aakasamantha’ fame Radha Mohan (currently directing Nag’s Gaganam) and produced by Prakash Raj under Duet Movies banner in 2008. Now the same film is brought to the Telugu audience by S A Kantha Rao of Indus Inspirations. Titled ‘Maatarani Mounamidi’, the film is being dubbed into Telugu.
According to SA Kanta Rao, Jyothika’s performance, Brahmanandam’s role, story, music and production values are the highlights of the film. Vidya Sagar composed the music. There are altogether six songs of which 3 were written by Veturi and 3 by Vennelakanti. The music will be launched very soon. Sashank Vennelakanti penned the dialogues. The film is expected to release either during September end or in the 1st week of October.
