Raavan's audio launch set for 24 April


MUMBAI: A R Rahman fans have a reason to rejoice since the music of his much awaited film Raavan is set to release on 24 April by the music giant T-Series.

Confirming the launch T-Series' president- marketing media publishing (TV) Vinod Bhanushali said, "The movie has the magical combination of A R Rahman and Mani Ratnam. It is also Mani sir's first project with us and we are going to promote it through every possible medium."

He further added, "The teaser of the movie will hit the tube from tomorrow and radio will air the songs from 23. On 24 the music will be unveiled at an event and it will hit the stores worldwide on the very same day. We are very confident about the music of the film."

The Tamil and Telugu trailers of the film will be released close to the film's music release.

The music label has also acquired the music rights of Priyadarshan's 'Bum Bum Bole' starring child actor Darsheel Safary. "We are still in the midst of planning the promotional strategy of the film." The name of the music director for the film is a mystery since the promotions don't mention the name and the label also couldn't reveal it.
