Mollywood is set to welcome yet another actress. This time it is Yuvan fame Aishwarya Devan, who will make her Mollywood debut through Shaji Kailas' Simhasanam.
The young actress, who made her tinseltown debut through the Tamil flick Yuvan, was waiting for the right script in Mollywood. "After Yuvan, the roles that came my way were that of a village girl and I was not keen on doing them," says the actress. "I wanted to play a different character - a modern girl on screen."
Meanwhile, Shaji Kailas approached her for Simhasanam. The movie will see her playing the love interest of Prithviraj. "Finally, I get to play a modern character," says the Bangalore-based Malayali.
