One of India's ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan's directorial venture Urumi’s Telugu version release is coming near. Malayalam Superstar Prithviraj, Vidya Balan, Prabhu Deva, Genelia D'Souza, Tabu, Nithya Menon, Amol Gupte, Alexx ONell & Arya acted in this prestigious project.
The movie is a story on incidents that happened when Vasco Da Gama discovered sea route to India and reached Kerala in 15th century. This film released in Malayalam few months ago. This film got great reviews in Malayalam and now it is coming up in Telugu.
S V R Media Private Limited bought the Telugu distribution rights for this film. Deepak Dev is the music director for the project. Its recording is on currently. As per the sources, the logo of the movie released on 10th of July in Hyderabad. Audio Release of the movie will be on July 20. And the movie itself will release on Genelia’s birthday i.e. August 5.
Even the Tamil version’s rights have also been bought by Kalaipuli S. Dhanu and will be released soon. Urumi also completed its 100 days in Kerala on July 8. Congratulations to Prithviraj and the whole team of Urumi.
