The Amma stage show to be held in Bangalore on Sunday (Feb 27) has been postponed due to security reasons.
The World Cup match between India and England is happening on the same day.
Bangalore Police officials informed that it is difficult to give police protection for the show since the police force will be in the duty at Chinnaswamy stadium.
Please note AMMA had planned the show weeks in advance, but the world cup match was shifted from Kolkata to Bangalore at the last minute. As the dates clashed cricket was given
priority over Malayalam cinema by the Bangalore police!
Meanwhile, the rehearsals of Amma stage show Suryatejus is going on in full swing at Hotel Presidency Kochi. Almost all the stars of Malayalam cinema are there in Kochi.
However the AMMA show planned at Kozhokode on March 2 will be held as announced.
